My goal was 45 minutes, missed it badly. Bike was terrible, I could tell a difference between my training last year versus this year.

Wet! Rained the entire race, sometimes poured. The bike leg was shortened, only one loop, so the runners had the advantage. I wasn't that fast on the bike anyways, afraid to take chances. My age group was fast, I was 5th, 5 minutes out of 3rd place and was 22nd  overall.

Great race! Camped at Oak Mountain with Tasha and was battling major allergy issues but felt good the whole race. One of the hilliest courses I've ever raced, run and bike. Both runs featured a trail run which was a first for me.
