Ho-hum. I thought I was faster, my first mile would have been sub 7 if I wouldn't have had to stop and tie my shoe. Anyways, it was wet, major storm delayed the race by 1 hour. Roads were slick. I was happy with my 5K's and I did 18.6 on the bike. No cramps, took 1000mg of salt and 220mg of potassium every day of the week prior to the race.
