Felt great to race again! Goal was to finish, I should have checked my previous times in this race and shot for a PR, missed it by about a minute. Felt really fast during the first 5K, was cruising at the 2 mile mark. Tough ride, was averaging 21 for the first half, slowed down later. Cramped like heck in the beginning of the last 5K, not fast but finished. Totally unofficial splits: 5K 0:25:00, T1 1:12 ,BIKE 0:59:00 T2 1:12, 5K 0:27:00
